She got her hair and makeup done by the kids babysitters. Looks pretty good, but daddy doesn't like her looking too grown up. He likes his little girl and says she is growing up too fast anyway. :)
She finished third grade and started fourth. These are the first day of school pics. I can't hardly get a smile out of her. She hates smiles on the first day of school. Matt, on the other hand, I can't get anything but goofy usually. She does really good in school with usually straight A's. She was disappointed at getting a B in science this year (it was a 91 or 92). We told her not to worry, she is still smart and a good student and great girl. We are proud of her.
Katie made this for her Grum aka Grandma. She was into doing magic tricks for awhile. She tricked me with some of them.

Look how beautiful and grown-up Katie is getting!!! Although I must admit, when I saw Elisa in that family picture I swear you cloned her from Katie - I thought we were the only ones participating in the secret government cloning program. Elisa looks just like Taylor's best buddy "Kaya" used to (THE HAIR!) - aaahhhh, we miss the Maryland days. It makes me want to have Caleb come and snatch her banana during church. So sorry to hear that you struggled with such health problems last year, we love you and will pray for you. Could someone just tell that UD professor that Ryan is done already and make her sign her name to his dissertation? Here's hoping it will be finished and published soon....
