Ruby Falls

At Katie and Matt's school they get a week off in the fall. So, for fall break we took the kids to Ruby Falls. It is an underground waterfall that has a lot of cool geological formations. It was a lot of fun and the kids loved it. Matt even counted all the trash cans along the way and was amazed at how many there were.

I think this was called the cactus.

I think it is great that your kids got so much time off. I love when our kids have off, oh to not having to get dressed at 7am. That place looks really neat. Where is it exactly?

We have been there. It is really cool! It's amazing what is going on under the earth that we don't see. We really need to get together soon...we really aren't that far away.

That reminds me of Luray Caverns in N. Va. You look so pretty sitting at the entrance of the falls. I do love your hair!
